Cultural Matters and artist Bailer were commissioned to develop a large mural on the side wall of the Summus Development located on the Tram Corridor in Maribyrnong.
Cultural Matters, managed the public art project including, contract and budget negotiations, stakeholder management, artist management, delivery of the project to budget and timeline.
